HONOLULU (KHON2) — An early morning incident has prompted HPD to open an attempted murder case in Makiki.
HPD responded to the Ward area for a reported attempted murder at 4:22 a.m. Thursday.
They found a 53-year-old man who had been shot during, what HPD reported as, a traffic incident.
The suspect is unknown at this time and the investigation is ongoing.
