Many names have known it, but this Mekong Country, once called the Khmer Republic, is known as Kampuchea to locals and Cambodia on the map.

Through its political and social upheavals, its people have preserved traditions and a cultural heritage going back 20 centuries, dance.

But not all is well along the delta.

Progress battles the past as the landscape falls victim to climate change and political exigency.
