Honolulu Fire Department is investigating the cause of a fire that occurred last night at a mixed-use building shortly after 11:15 p.m. Wednesday night in Kalihi.
Six units were dispatched to the scene, where they fought the fire on the second floor of the two story building. There were no occupants in the structure and no injuries were reported.
Hawaiian Electric was notified of an arcing powerline on one side of the structure.
The origin of the fire has not yet been determined.
