HONOLULU (KHON2) — A sweet and gentle pup is waiting for her fur-ever ohana at the Hawaiian Humane Society’s Kosasa Family Campus at Hoopili.
Daisy, a two-year-old and 49-pound hound mix, has been a resident for 104 days.
Her story stems from the streets of Waianae, where she lived as a stray before a Good Samaritan found her and brought her to the Hawaiian Humane Society for better care.
Daisy is a gentle and shy girl “looking for a patient family that will show her that the world isn’t such a scary place.”
Once she warms up to you, she shines like a star; showcasing her goofy, yet friendly personality.
This staff favorite might be shy, but she has a way of making everyone feel special.
