HONOLULU (KHON2) — It was special night for K-pop fans as superstar Taemin took the stage at the Blasdell.
This is the global star’s first time performing in the islands..
“He’s very artistic and creative very different than your regular artists,” said Jadyne Talaro one Taemin fan.
“I came for Taemin first, and then everyone else after,” added Sabrina Sivongxay another Taemin fan who came all the way from Las Vegas.
Lines of fans from all walks of life filled the arena to experience Taemin’s signature dance moves and chart topping hits.
“He can dance and sing and from his original group Shiny that’s what started me in K-pop,” Sivongxay continued.
Taemin’s Honolulu stop is part of his “Ephemeral gaze” world tour.
