HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Fire Department extinguished a building fire at approximately 5:20 p.m. on April 6 in Kaimuki.
The fire was first reported just after 4:51 p.m., and the first unit was on the scene within minutes. On the scene, HFD discovered a small two-story residential building with smoke sourced from the building’s rear.
There were no occupants in the building and there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is under investigation, as well as the damage estimates to the area.
