Ala Hawaii Chairperson Sharon Zambo-Fan says businesses will have an opportunity to expand their sales in Hawaii and around the world. Many companies have expanded their sales beyond Hawaii to the West Coast. Local businesses can visit alafoodshowhawaii@gmail.com. Zambo-Fan says they usually sell out in June, so don’t delay. Companies should sign up now to participate in their June advance preparation/marketing class.
According to Zambo-Fan, more than 6,600 products have been selected for commissary and exchange shelves since the show’s inception. Commissary sales account for more than $255 million in annual sales.
