HONOLULU (KHON2) — Looking for some free fun activities this summer? Southwest Airlines has you covered.
Starting on May 31, Southwest Airlines is back at Queen’s Beach in Waikiki this summer with “Sunset on the Beach.”
Southwest has partnered with the City & County of Honolulu and Waikiki Improvement Association to bring back this beloved event for people of all ages.
Enjoy a wide variety of family-friendly movies alongside many exciting activities such as games, live music and much more.
The lineup of movies for this year includes:
- May 31: Lilo & Stitch
- Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with movie start time of 7:30 p.m.
- Theme: Spirit of Aloha
- June 28: Despicable Me 4
- Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with movie start time of 7:35 p.m.
- Theme: Minion Mayhem
- July 26: Mufasa
- Festivities begin at 4:30 p.m. with movie start time of 7:35 p.m.
- Theme: Heroes & Legends
- August 30: Wicked
- Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with movie start time of 7:15 p.m.
- Theme: Friendship Takes Flight
- September 27: IF
- Festivities begin at 4 p.m. with movie start time of 7 p.m.
- Theme: Island of Imagination
Seating will be first-come, first-served.
