HONOLULU (KHON2) — Executive Chef, David Calvan, shared the new menu items and concept behind Cafe 410, “The original restaurant was named Mango and Miso. It was a teppanyaki restaurant for a short period then the name and concept changed to “Plantation Cafe” which was a la carte dining. Since being under the ACCOR Flag, the restaurant closed and reopened as we know it now as Cafe 410 after the hotel address. We are a “casual buffet dining experience” focused on a balance of comfort breakfast foods and healthy options while incorporating local ingredients now with items that you can purchase a la carte too. We offer a little something for everybody, locals and visitors, domestic and international. We will continue to develop and elevate the menu with original options that can only be found at Cafe 410.”
Popular menu items include Chicken and Waffles, Grilled Haloumi on Sourdough with Chimichurri, House made Chia Pudding Muesli and Hamburger Steak.
Currently, Cafe 410 is running a sweepstakes where the winner will receive gift cards for hotel dining outlets, including Café 410, Ala Moana shopping center, and a 3-night stay in an ocean view suite at the Ala Moana Hotel.
Cafe 410 is in the porte-cochere of the Ala Moana Hotel located at 410 Atkinson Drive, to find out more information go to alamoanahotelhonolulu.com.
