HONOLULU (KHON2) — An Oʻahu Community Correctional Center work furlough inmate is missing from custody following his failure to return on May 23.
Issac Pascua, 41, left OCCC on a work furlough pass and was instructed to return by 7:30 p.m. on May 23. State Sheriffs and the Honolulu Police Department were made aware of Pascua’s failure to return.
He is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, about 238 pounds with brown eyes and hair. The state Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said he is serving time for kidnapping.
Pascua is now facing a second-degree escape charge, which is a Class C felony that is punishable by up to five years in prison if convicted.
The DCR urges anyone with information on Pascua’s whereabouts to call 911 or contact the Sheriffs Division at (808) 586-1352.
