HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu police are searching for a man after he allegedly tried to lure four young girls in Kaneohe.
Police said the incident happened near King Intermediate School around 7:30 a.m. on July 7 when an adult male exited his vehicle and approached four girls, ages 11 to 12, when he attempted to lure them by offering a “Hello Kitty” plush doll from his car.
There was no physical contact and no injuries reported.
Police say the suspect is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 50 to 60 years old, 5’9″ tall, weighing around 150 pounds with grey hair. He was last seen wearing a light blue aloha shirt and brown pants.
The vehicle is believed to be a late-model dark blue Honda sedan with roof racks.
