HONOLULU (KHON2) — Does your keiki need new school supplies for the upcoming school year? Helping Hands Hawaiʻi can help.
With the help of Helping Hands Hawaiʻi’s Ready to Learn initiative, students across Hawaiʻi can start the new school year with the tools they need.
The first three distribution events will take place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the following locations:
- Monday, July 14, at Windward Community College
- Tuesday, July 15, at Nanakuli Elementary School
- Thursday, July 17, at Kapolei High School
A final distribution event will be held at the Helping Hands Hawai‘i warehouse on Saturday, July 19, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., complete with community resources about HHH programs and SNAP Education.
Registered clients should arrive between 9 and 11 a.m., with walk-ins welcome from 12 to 3 p.m. Parking is available at Puʻuhale Elementary School & at ʻOhana Self Storage fronting Pu‘uhale Elementary.
Supplies are limited and will be distributed while supplies last.
Families are encouraged to register online in advance for a smoother experience.
