HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department needs your help in finding a Kalihi man.
60-year-old Noly Pagtulingan is a developmentally disabled man and was last seen on Aug. 14, around 7 a.m., leaving his home and catching TheBus.
Pagtulingan is approximately five feet, eight inches tall, 130 pounds, with salt and pepper hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a blue or green colored shirt with blue colored jeans.
