Punahele Soriano is all set for his welterweight debut.
On Friday, the Kahuku alumnus successfully weighed in at UFC Louisville, where he hit the scale at 171 pounds, the non-championship limit.

Besides his professional MMA debut, which took place at heavyweight, Soriano (9-4) has fought at middleweight, which allows fighters to get up to 186 pounds for non-title fights.
Soriano will face Miguel Baeza (9-4) to kick off the main card of UFC on ESPN 57, which begins at 2 p.m. on Saturday on ESPN and ESPN+.
