HONOLULU (KHON2) — Hawaiʻi Island police need the public’s help identifying human remains found in Kona.
The remains of a man were discovered on March 24 at an unfinished structure on Aliʻi Drive, HPD said.
Police said he was dead for several weeks prior to his remains being found.
He’s believed to be in his 40s and 5-feet-8-inches with a medium to thin build.
Police said foul play is not suspected at this time and the body’s appearance does not match any known missing persons.
