HONOLULU (KHON2) – Buying tickets for the Honolulu Zoo just got easier.
Starting Saturday, Nov. 1, visitors can purchase tickets online through a new digital system. The change is meant to help guests skip long lines and have a faster check-in at the gate.
“This is a big step for us in making visits to the Honolulu Zoo more seamless and convenient,” said Jacqueline Peeler, Assistant Director at the Honolulu Zoo. “We’re excited to step into this new chapter at the zoo and can’t wait to enhance the guest experience in the years to come.”
The update is part of a partnership with the City and County of Honolulu and the Service Systems Associates group, the zoo’s longtime partner.
Guests can still buy tickets in person if they prefer. Online tickets will be available starting Nov. 1 at honoluluzoo.org.
