KALIHI (KHON2) — Early this morning, Nov. 1, multiple people were shot, including a 13-year-old boy, and one was stabbed in Kalihi.
Around 2:15 a.m., a 13-year-old boy and a 27-year-old man were walking in the area of Mayor Wright Homes when multiple shots were fired at them. The 13-year-old was shot in the ankles, and the 27-year-old was shot in the shoulder, HPD said.
HPD reported there was a witness to the shooting, a 25-year-old male security guard. Moments after the shooting, the witness was approached by a second suspect and stabbed in the shoulder.
The suspect who stabbed the witness ran from the scene, only to be located by HPD officers and arrested for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree.
EMS co-responded to the scene and performed advanced life-saving measures on all three of the victims before transporting them to the emergency room.
The shooting suspect remains at large, with no description besides being male.
