HONOLULU (KHON2)– ‘Guava Smoked’ is smoking their meats, chicken and even turkey using strawberry guava wood. This Thanksgiving, they got smoked turkeys ready for your Thanksgiving feast.
The cold turkey smoked will generously feed 14-16 people. You can get it defrosted or defrost it in your fridge for 2 days. When you’re ready to eat, it’s just 2 hours in the oven.
Great choices for their plate lunches include spicy pork, kalbi, and salmon bellies, all infused with the guava-smoked wood.
