Hannah Chu grew up in restaurants. Her family is behind the much-loved (and very much delicious) Pho Dau Bo restaurant on International Avenue in Forest Lawn, as well as the more modern Mot To banh mi and pho bar on Centre Street North. Even as Chu was in university, she felt the pull of the restaurant world and her family’s tradition of feeding and connecting with Calgarians.
