HONOLULU (KHON2) — Mimmie “Mele” Hoffman, aged 81, from Kahului, was last seen on Tuesday morning.
She left her home wearing a white colored shirt around 9:00 a.m. in Kahului in Maui. She often visits Queen Ka’ahumanu Center and Kahului Library.
Hoffman does not have a cellular phone, which has raised concerns among her family members about her well-being.
She is described as Japanese, 4-foot-1, weighs about 89 pounds, and has grey hair and brown eyes.
