HONOLULU (KHON2) — An estimated 20,000 customers in East Honolulu are without power.
According to Hawaiian Electric’s social media, the outage is not related to the Public Safety Power Shutoff program.
HECO crews are responding. Power is expected to be restored by 9:30 a.m.
No word yet on the cause of the outage.
