HONOLULU (KHON2) — The traffic near the H3 ramp, Kaneohe-bound is easing from the Moanalua Freeway.
A truck overturned just before 10 a.m. and caused road closures in the area near the Halawa interchange.
Dirt that was near the H-3 onramp was cleared.
As of 12:14 p.m. the truck remained overturned and blocking lanes but crews are working to right the truck.
There are no reports of injuries.
