HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Hawaii Department of Law Enforcement (DLE) arrested six individuals on outstanding warrants during a sweep conducted on the Leeward Coast on Tuesday.
The operation was led by the Special Operations Section of the Sheriffs Division.
“These arrests are part of DLE’s ongoing effort to support residents on the Leeward Coast and across the state by holding people accountable for their actions,” said DLE Director Jordan Lowe.
Those arrested include:
Suspect 1: Wanted on a no-bail warrant for violating parole terms, with a history of felony convictions including assault and robbery
Suspect 2: Wanted on a $15,000 warrant for failing to appear in court on charges related to unauthorized vehicle control and drug promotion
Suspect 3: Wanted on a $5,000 warrant for promoting a dangerous drug
Suspect 4: Wanted on a $5,000 warrant for failing to appear in court regarding violations of a temporary restraining order
Suspect 5: Wanted on contempt warrants totaling $5,000 for failing to appear in court
Suspect 6: Wanted on contempt warrants totaling $550 for traffic violations
The sweep underscores DLE’s commitment to maintaining public safety in the community.
