ʻIolani Palace invites residents to Kamaʻāina Sundays, a free monthly event

HONOLULU (KHON2) — ʻIolani Palace, located in downtown Honolulu, invites all residents to Kamaʻāina Sunday that will take place every second Sunday of the month starting July.

The free event offers a chance to discover the Palace, engage in Hawaiian culture, sample delicious local delicacies, shop from local vendors, enjoy live entertainment and more. Self-led audio tours will be available for the first 500 attendees.

To join, residents are required to bring any of the following for each complimentary ticket:

A valid Hawaii State I.D.

Hawaii driver’s license

Any proof of Hawaii residency
