HONOLULU (KHON2) — At 2 p.m. Friday. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded to an apparent shark bite call in Haleiwa.
The victim is said to be a 25-year-old female.
Paramedics provided life saving treatment and transported the patient in serious condition to a trauma hospital.
The location provided by EMS is said to be near the Haleiwa Small Boat Harbor, a popular destination for shark tours.
