HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 71-year-old motorcyclist was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Kamehameha Highway in Pearl City Sunday afternoon.
The motorcyclist lost control of his vehicle and was ejected onto the highway, where he was then struck by an unidentified driver, who fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital, where he is in serious condition. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision.
