For businesses registered in quarter one, their annual reports can be filed online.

LLCs, profit corporations and LLPs will have to pay a $12.50 base fee, with nonprofits paying $2.50 and partnerships paying $5. For businesses that file after the March deadline, an additional late filing fee will be added.

Businesses are encouraged to file on time to maintain a good standing, which may be required for certain contracts, loans and other business assistance.

It is important to note that the Business Registration Division will not contact businesses via third-party companies or forms of collection.

Businesses can also receive reminders via electronic reminder systems, such as subscribing for email reminders.
