‘Be Safe, Be Seen:’ Mayor Blangiardi delivers Halloween safety proclamation

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The City and County of Honolulu will present a “Be Safe, Be Seen on Halloween” proclamation.

On Oct. 30 at 4:15 p.m. at Honolulu Hale, Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi will raise awareness and reinforce the message that pedestrian safety is a shared responsibility.

Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi; Roger Morton, Director of the City’s Department of Transportation Services; Acting Captain Steve Lin, Honolulu Police Department; and Kenneth Faria, Acting Chief of Operations for Honolulu Emergency Medical Services will be in attendance.
