The Barefoot League and Raising Cane’s Hawaii are teaming up once again to host their popular keiki sports clinic series, offering free baseball and softball clinics on Sunday, Dec. 8, at Kaimuki High School.
The event runs from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and is open to children ages 6-13.
This marks the third clinic hosted by the Barefoot League and Raising Cane’s this year, following successful football and soccer events held earlier at Mililani High School and Kaimuki High School.
The baseball and softball sessions will feature instruction from former and current collegiate and professional players and coaches. Participants will work on key skills, including hand-eye coordination, throwing accuracy, catching, base running, teamwork, and agility.
The clinic will accommodate up to 400 participants, with 200 slots available for baseball and 200 for softball. Parents can choose their child’s sport and time slot when registering online.
The Barefoot League is Hawaii based clothing company known for its barefoot imprint with the Hawaiian Islands and Raising Cane’s is an American restaurant chain that specializes in chicken tenders.
