Big changes coming for Kakaʻako’s Servco Toyota customers in 2026

KAKA’AKO, Hawai’i (KHON2) — If you get your car serviced at Servco Toyota Kakaʻako, you’ll have just a few months left before all operations move to a new location.

Starting Jan. 1, 2026, operations will transition to Servco Toyota Honolulu Service Pūkōloa at 2841 Pukoloa St in Mapunapuna.

Customers who have an appointment from now until Dec. 31 will still be serviced at the Kakaʻako location. Any appointments scheduled for 2026 can be rescheduled at another location by calling 877-2361-8314.

The change comes after eminent domain proceedings began for HART’s Skyline rail project construction.

Preliminary roadwork is already underway on Halekauwila Street for Skyline’s Civic Center stop, which is right next to Servco Pacific’s Kakaako Service Center, and work will soon be on Servco’s property.

In an email to their customers, Servco said, “While this decision was not ours, we remain committed to caring for you and ensuring a smooth, supportive transition.”

They added that customers will continue to see “the same trusted team members you know from Kakaʻako continue serving you at Pūkōloa.”

“We understand this change may be an inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and continued loyalty. Your support means a great deal to us and helps emphasize how important our Servco Toyota Honolulu Service Kakaʻako service location is to the community.”
