Owner of Meat and Buns, Claude Abou-Sayfe, uses fresh wagyu beef from Travis Browne and Ronda Rousey’s Browsey Acres ranch to make his creations.

Claude is known for his farm-to-table “OG Dog” and wagyu smash burgers. He sources his meat from Browsey Acres, a cattle ranch in Southern Oregon owned by retired mixed martial artist couple Travis Browne and Ronda Rousey.
