NUUANU, Hawaii (KHON2) — Honolulu Police Department and Emergency Medical Services responded to a pedestrian versus car crash in Nuuanu on Monday, Dec. 2.
According to Honolulu EMS, the incident happened around 2:30 p.m. at the corner of Vineyard Blvd and Pali Highway.
Paramedics responded to the scene and provided advanced trauma skills to an approximately 60-year-old woman.
The woman was transported to a trauma hospital in critical condition.
Police initiated a road closure for the eastbound lanes of Vineyard after Pali Highway and for Bishop Street at Beretania.
