Mischa, who is 19-years-old and six months pregnant, was last seen July 31. A week later, her husband Private Dewayne Arthur Johnson II was taken into military custody as a suspect in his wife’s disappearance according to the Army’s Criminal Investigation Division.

Tapiz-Andrian is still trying to make sense of it all.

“Shock, disbelief. I mean, he celebrated every milestone and had happiness with a joy, acceptance in the family,” she said. “(Mischa and DJ) were inseparable. They were in love.”

They had no reason to doubt her son-in-law. But she said that changed once he was taken into custody and stopped cooperating.

And she said authorities told her to be prepared for the worst…

“There is a lot of forensic evidence that was found, at their home that proves that no human would be able to come out alive from the home,” she explained her eyes welling with tears. “This is so gruesome.”

Their focus now according to Tapiz-Andrian, is finding Mischa so they can put her and her unborn daughter, Armani Kitana, to rest.

They are asking for anyone with any information to come forward.

“Call CID if you’ve seen anything or seen him around,” she pleaded.

Tapiz-Andrian is hopeful they will get justice for her daughter and granddaughter, but she knows that still won’t bring them back.

“I’ll always be broken,” she said her voice strained. “I won’t have her. I don’t believe that I would ever get closure.”

“Even if you know what happened?” KHON asked.

“Even if I know what happened. He took two people two people for me. I can no longer make memories with them. I cannot even start a memory with them,” she said tears streaming down her cheeks. “That’s the reality of it. I face that reality every minute of the day.”
