The federal government has its work cut out for it after its recent pledge to see Canada build nearly four million homes by 2031, a new report has suggested. The feds recently unveiled plans in the new federal budget to encourage a significant rise in homebuilding in Canada to address the housing crisis that will amount to 3.87 million more homes constructed in the next seven years.
