HONOLULU (KHON2) – A special Prix Fixe menu has arrived at Bali Oceanfront in Hilton Hawaiian Village. Bali Oceanfront is Hilton’s signature restaurant, known for its elegant island-inspired cuisine and stunning ocean views. The new three-course Prix Fixe menu is a wonderful way for guests to experience the best of Bali’s culinary creativity. For $89 per person—or just $69 when dining early between 5 and 6 p.m.—guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated meal featuring dishes like: lobster bisque or a fresh Bali garden salad to start, a choice of entrées including pan-seared local catch, roasted jidori chicken, or a 72-Hour braised beef short rib, and top it off with a chef’s dessert special.
We’re told for an additional $20, guests can elevate their meal with expertly selected wine pairings that complement each course. Start or finish the evening with Domaine Chandon Brut, followed by a crisp Joseph Drouhin Chablis with the first course, and either an Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir or Daou Cabernet Sauvignon with the entrée. It’s a beautiful way to enhance the flavors of each dish and enjoy a truly indulgent dining experience.
According to organizers, Bali Oceanfront offers a spectacular setting overlooking the ocean and Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon. In the mornings, the restaurant serves breakfast Thursday through Sunday from 7 to 11 a.m. out on the lanai, featuring fresh island flavors and a serene oceanfront view. For dinner, Bali is open Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 9 p.m., and the Prix Fixe menu is available nightly.
It’s perfect for date nights, special occasions, or simply treating yourself to an exceptional meal. To make a reservation, visit www.HiltonHawaiianVillage.com.
