Day, one of nine children raised by missionary parents, shares stories of his upbringing and the values instilled in him at a young age. His introduction to martial arts would ultimately spark a passion that led him to a career on MMA’s biggest stage, the UFC.
Now back home in Kailua, Day has transitioned from professional fighter to coach and entrepreneur. He currently owns and operates Prime Martial Arts, where he trains the next generation of fighters and fitness enthusiasts.
