HONOLULU (KHON2) — Honolulu Mayor Rick Blangiardi and the City Department of Transportation Services met at noon on Friday to review enhancements made at Kekaulike Mall in Chinatown.
Some of the improvements include:
Cast-in-place concrete pavement
Storm water management
Surface area drainage
Shade trees
New lighting and poles
Electrical upgrades
Additionally, the existing community dragon decal will be relocated to the center of Kekaulike Mall.
