Host of ‘The Snake’ shares insight on season finale ‘The Final Bite’

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The season finale of Fox’s new game show “The Snake” airs on Aug. 26 at 9 p.m. Eastern and Pacific times.

This is where contestants leverage their unique skills and rely on their powers of persuasion. The show is now down to two contestants from 15 in an all new “Final Bite” episode.

“I was surprised by who will become the last two contestants because when I was doing the show, I was only there for the saving ceremonies and for the challenges. So I didn’t get to see what was going on behind. Now that I’ve watched all the episodes, and now that I know who actually wins the show, I can see how that player actually did it and it was genius the way the person did it,” show host and comedian Jim Jefferies said.

Jefferies went on to praise the winner’s strategy, which he says contributed to the complex nature of the show.

“It was genius the way they won. It was a show about backstabbing. It was a show about lying and deceiving, but at the end of the day, the real secret of the show was trying to get along with people,” he said.
