HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department is investigating an attempted murder after a teenage male passenger was apparently shot on a city bus in Kalihi area.
The teen, aged 17, was struck by a bullet fired by two males riding a moped Friday afternoon.
The incident occurred near the intersection of School Street and Kamehameha IV Road in Kalihi area around 3:30 p.m.
Officers are at the scene. No suspects arrested at this time.
The investigation is ongoing.
