HONOLULU (KHON2) — A 17-year-old male was shot shortly after 7 p.m. on June 14 in Kalihi, according to the Honolulu Police Department.
According to police, a four-door white sedan stopped on Pua Lane and fired several rounds at a group of people.
The 17-year-old was shot and taken to the hospital in good condition, officials said. There were also reports of bullet holes found in a vehicle driving nearby.
The suspect fled the scene and an Attempted Murder in the First Degree investigation has been initiated, HPD said. Authorities describe the suspect as a male wearing a ski mask.
