HONOLULU (KHON2) — Kenny Endo is celebrating 50 years in taiko drumming and has two concerts that you can enjoy.
There will be two unique summer concerts available. On August 9th there will be Japanese classical and traditional festival music and dance, plus taiko collaboration with local jazz musicians. And on August 10th there will be the next generation of taiko artists from Taiko Center of the Pacific with all original compositions. Both concerts will be at the University of Hawai’i’s Kennedy Theatre.
