WAIMANALO, Hawaii (KHON2) — Police are looking for a suspect that hit a 27-year-old man twice while he was riding his bike late Wednesday night.
The suspect reportedly hit the man from behind with his vehicle which caused the victim to land on the hood of the vehicle. The suspect kept driving, dragging the bike.
When the vehicle stopped, the victim got off the hood, picked up his bike and tried to leave but the suspect followed the victim and hit him again, causing the victim to ride into a chain link fence.
The suspect then left the area. The victim suffered minor injuries.
HPD has opened an Attempted Murder 2nd case.
