University of Hawaii soccer standout Nalani Damacion was named the Big West Conference Freshman of the Week on Monday.
Damacion scored the winning goal in Sunday’s 2-1 win over UC Riverside, her sixth winner of the season.

Monday marked Damacion’s fourth time winning the Freshman of the Week award.
At 10-6-1 and 6-0-1 in Big West play, the Rainbow Wahine are currently atop the conference standings and haven’t lost in nine straight matches.
