HONOLULU (KHON2) — Heads up, commuters, a recent network outage is affecting certain public transportation on Oahu.
According to City and County of Honolulu officials, customer service phone lines are down for TheBus transit information and Handi Van reservations.
While TheHandi-Van is still operational and is picking up passengers, officials said pick-ups may be delayed.
GPS data is also affected, so riders will not be able to track their bus, but buses and the Skyline are “still running on regular schedule.”
The Department of Transportation Services adds that TheBus Pass Office and the HOLO Card Call Center are still open.
“We apologize for any inconvenience to our riders,” officials said in a news release.
