According to NWS, the highest chance for excessive rainfall appears to be over Oahu and possibly parts of Maui County starting Wednesday night, and will continue through Thursday.

The focus for heavy rainfall then likely moves toward Kauai on Friday.

Officials are asking the community to stay vigilant and informed on the latest weather updates as ponding, low visibility and other hazardous driving conditions are possible.
