Officials searching for Oahu work furlough escapee

HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Honolulu Police Department is searching for a Laumaka work furlough inmate who escaped around 11 a.m. on Monday.

Rory Sitani, 39, is described as 5’11” tall and weighing 290 pounds. He is curently serving a sentence for criminal property damage and burglary charges.

Sitani will face an additional escape charge upon capture.
