KHON’s Action Line, in collaboration with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs Office of Consumer Protection, contacted Spectrum after receiving several calls from customers who wanted a refund because they couldn’t watch the game, but were having trouble getting a credit applied.

Including the calls to Action Line, the DCCA also received a handful of reports regarding this issue.

Spectrum said customers who experienced problems can contact the Video Repair Customer Service Team at 808-582-6100 to receive the appropriate credit if the game was included in their package and they were unable to view it.
