HONOLULU (KHON2) — The phone lines for TheBus, Skyline and Handi-Van callers are currently offline, the Honolulu Department of Transportation Services said on Oct. 10.
In the meantime, Handi-Van reservations and cancellations can be handled by calling (808) 650-3021. This line is not for any service other than Handi-Van reservations and cancellations.
TheBus Pass Office in Kalihi as well as the HOLO Card Call Center are still open. HOLO cards are still effective and can be used on the transportation systems during the outage, and TheBus and Skyline schedules are unaffected.
