The University of Hawaii at Manoa bookstore is set to sell licensed items that feature the name, image and likeness (NIL) of current student-athletes.
Through its partnership with Athletic Solutions, athletes who have gear sold will see the money go straight to them.

The NCAA legalized NIL on July 1, 2021. Since then, third party collectives such as the Rainbow Collective and Downtown Athletic Club of Honolulu have funded dozens of UH-Manoa athletes.
