HONOLULU (KHON2) — Stalled vehicles stuck on a flooded Kamehameha Highway, a landslide on the Pali – Oahu continues to see the impacts of heavy rainfall on Monday, May 13.
Video taken by Jovan Malufau shows him navigating through cars sitting in waters covering Kamehameha Highway in Waikane this morning. The Honolulu Fire Department said they escorted 15 people to dry ground off the road from those vehicles.
Several other traffic incidents have been reported by the City as well including a “completely flooded” portion of the H-3 Freeway in Kaneohe.
